We’re looking for a Chef Manager in Reigate to take the reins of a fantastic food operation, with a salary of up to £50,000 for the right person.

This is a role where you can stay hands-on with the food while stepping up your game commercially. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, develop your team, work closely with the client and make a real impact on the operation.

• Own the kitchen operation and keep standards sky-high.
• Build a brilliant relationship with the client.
• Keep an eye on costs, stock, GP and budgets.
• Find creative ways to grow sales and improve the offer.
• Develop your people and create a team that loves what they do.
• Be the face of the food operation and make the site your own.

Who are we looking for?

You might be an experienced Head Chef, an established Chef Manager, or a Sous Chef ready to step up.

What matters most is that you’re:

• Passionate about food.
• A natural leader who brings people with you.
• Commercially switched-on.
• Confident with clients and customers.
• Hands-on, organised and full of ideas.
• Serious about delivering great food and an even better experience.
