Skills- What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh, home-cooked dishes from scratch to a consistently high standard
• Working across all sections of a busy pub kitchen
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food hygiene standards
• Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to our seasonal menus

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience — pub, restaurant, or catering background welcome
• Confident cooking fresh, home-style food from scratch
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate desirable)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
