Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengolah adonan pizza (dough) dengan teknik fermentasi yang tepat.
- Menjaga standar kebersihan dan sanitasi sesuai HACCP.
Persyaratan:
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Pizza Chef di hotel bintang 4/5.
- Paham teknik pembuatan adonan artisan.
- Bisa berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.
