Job Desc :
- Mengolah makanan sesuai standar resep dan kualitas perusahaan
- Menghitung dan mengontrol food costing
- Menu Engineering
- Melakukan pencatatan administrasi dapur
- Melaksanakan stock opname secara berkala dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan
- Mengelola inventory bahan baku
- Berkontribusi dalam menciptakan ide menu baru yang kreatif dan inovati
