The Venue:

A day in the life:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen whilst ensuring efficiency of the department
• Preparation of menu items following recipes, taste testing and evaluating food before service
• Portioning and plating food, monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients and that business and safety standards are followed
• Stock management and ordering, maintenance of food and equipment inventories

The ideal person will have:

• At least 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Skilled with the grill & overall food presentation
• A genuine passion for hospitality
• Willingness and desire to work as part of a busy team
