Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, organized, and capable of managing kitchen staff while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Develop and maintain menu quality and consistency
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities
• Monitor food inventory and kitchen supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations
• Train and support junior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
• Manage food costs and minimize wastage
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Culinary certification is an added advantage
