We will be straight with you, because it saves everyone time. This is a working chef job. You will be on the line every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, whichever station needs you. In season we get slammed, 7 days with the beach right outside. In the slow months, some nights it is just you running dinner service. No brigade, no office days.

What we need from you: A proven leader with Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or strong Executive Sous experience High-volume chops on every station, eggs included. The range to command a full crew in July and cook a quiet Tuesday dinner alone in the off-season

A handle on food cost, labor, ordering, and scheduling

A steady, positive presence that people want to work for A long-term commitment. We are hiring for years, not for a season.
