Duties:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets quality standards
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• To Follow seasonal menus and make suggestions towards improvements
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: £12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
