Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chef/Baker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and baked goods, ensuring all culinary standards are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in food production and food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to uphold food safety standards.
• Follow recipes accurately
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members

Experience

• Proven experience in food production, cooking, or bakery roles within a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Experience in food preparation, baking, and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Previous kitchen experience demonstrating attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, bakery and viennoiserie would be an advantage, but full training would be available

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
