Chef/Cook

Chef – Full-Time Position

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Follow recipes, presentation standards and food safety procedures
• Assist with menu preparation and kitchen organisation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Monitor food quality, freshness and stock levels
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements

About you:

• Previous experience working as a Chef is preferred
• Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications and food safety knowledge are highly regarded

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
