Casual position
The Duxton is looking for a capable and reliable Casual Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in O’Connor.
We serve restaurant and pub favourites, pizzas and function menus. You’ll work with an experienced team and help keep service running smoothly across a busy venue.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Set up and maintain your section during service
- Keep your work area clean and follow food safety procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy services
- Help with prep and pack-down as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced cook
- Good organisation and communication
- A steady, team-focused approach during busy service
- Food safety knowledge
- Availability for a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
