Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food service items
• Prep menu items as instructed in cooperation with the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow management instructions
• Stock and maintain organization of inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food is delivered in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a high stress environment
• Team player and easy to work with

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, Best Practices, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Must be committed to our mission and culture
• California Food Handlers Card issued by an ANSI-approved training provider
