Cheff

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Organize kitchen schedules and optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain San Ginés brand standards and recipes.
• Collaborate with management on menu development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine preferred.
• Proven leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Experience with food cost control, inventory, and purchasing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
