Chef/Food Supervisor

Would you like to work in a busy coffee shop serving good food with a great team and never have to work past 4pm? Want to try have the freedom to try some new dishes and help design menus?

****Must have minimum 1 years kitchen experience & necessary certificates***

Things we are looking for:

Maintain a high level of food standards to include menu planning, prep, presentation of food & maintain hygiene standards.

Planning & presenting menu ideas and specials.

Daily record keeping

Stock rotation & order advice / placing orders with suppliers when necessary, including checking quality of deliveries

Good communication of menu items & specials to other staff, including any allergy advice that is asked for by customers or staff

Maintaining cleanliness & organisation of the kitchen & equipment.

Work as part of the team and encourage teamwork to help ensure efficient running of the business

Any other duties as required by management

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 38.0 per week
