Duties

• Work collaboratively to create a motivated work environment
• Demonstrate competency in all aspects of food production, from ingredient preparation to final presentation
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize efficiency
• Participate in ongoing training on proper cooking techniques, food handling, and customer service protocols
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
• Strong culinary experience with expertise in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Deep understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environment
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
