Two House Brewery is looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Lead to take the reins of our pizza-focused culinary program. We take great pride in our craft beer, our community, and our food. We need a culinary leader who matches our high standards with sharp organization, creative passion, and a zero-nonsense approach to kitchen operations.

The Role: You will own the entire culinary operation, leading the line and driving our stone-fired pizza program from dough to service. We want a working lead who sets the pace, mentors the crew, and treats every pie that leaves the pass like it’s going to a critic. If standards slip, you correct them; if a line cook needs coaching, you step in.

What You’ll Do:

* Culinary & Pizza Execution: Lead the execution of our pizza-focused menu, perfecting dough fermentation, scratch-made sauces, and specialty topping builds.

* Kitchen Operations: Manage food safety, inventory, ordering, food costs, and kitchen prep schedules to keep margins tight and quality high.

* Lead the Team: Hire, train, and inspire a tight-knit crew of line cooks and prep staff, fostering a culture of mutual respect and accountability.

* Menu Development: Collaborate with ownership and the brewing team to dream up seasonal features, local pairings, and creative specials.

* Standards & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, inspection-ready kitchen where organization and food safety are never compromised.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience: Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef) with a strong background in scratch cooking and pizza-making.

* Standards: A sharp eye for quality and consistency. You care about fermentation, proper oven management, and the little details that elevate a simple slice into something unforgettable.

* No-Nonsense Leadership: A fair, firm, and approachable leader who knows how to run a clean, efficient line under pressure without losing their cool.

* Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the taproom is packed and the ovens are hot. What We Offer:

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
