We are a neighbourhood pizzeria inspired by the best pizzerias of Naples and New York.

The style of cooking at Bosco is simple, seasonal and ingredient lead, with weekly imports from Italian markets.

All candidates must be enthusiastic, well presented with a passion and understanding of the industry.

We are looking for a Chef/Pizza chef to join our team. If you are excited by, and have experience in working in a faced paced, busy environment, with fresh produce prepared to a high standard then please continue.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is currently fulfilling a Chef/Pizza chef role currently. Experience is a must, we love to nurture and train at Bosco, but at least 1 year experience in a full time, Chef de Partie position, will be required.

We hope to find the perfect Chef/Pizza chef to help convey our passion for fresh, seasonal & stunning Italian produce and cookery.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Running a section during all times of day
• Ensuring all prep for section is completed to highest standard
• Ensuring every dish that reaches the pass is cooked & presented to the highest standards
• To ensure work area is kept to a safe and hygienic state at all times
• To ensure all kitchen opening and closedown procedures are adhered to
• To report to all kitchen senior staff for any additional tasks

What we require:

• Previous experience as a Chef/Pizza chef
• A positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast paced kitchen
• An attention to detail to allow you to produce the best food you can
