The Big Group is getting bigger, and we’re looking for Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen teams across our production kitchen, corporate venue, galery venue and an additional venue opening next month. From preparing food for gallery visitors and events to delivering quality corporate hospitality or helping bring a new kitchen to life, there’s a range of opportunities to put your skills to work.

**Venues & Locations:**4 different locations, multiple opportunities!
Our Production Kitchen (Marrickville 2204) is just a few minutes walk from the Marrickville train station and produces different menus and cuisines for events and restaurant service for our venues in The Rocks and Parramatta.
Our Gallery venue (The Rocks 2000) situated on Sydney Harbour's stunning waterfront provides event spaces, exquisite restaurant and a newly refurbished cafe with iconic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, open 7 days. Check out our Instagram @mca-venues to see the spaces we work in.
Our brand-new Museum venue (Parramatta 2150) which opens next month, brings multiple hospitality offerings together, including social and corporate events, in a striking building featuring impressive architecture and artwork. 
Our **Corporate Office Catering (Sydney 2000)**venue is in the central CBD and caters Premium boardroom dining experiences, business lounges and event spaces, including our stunning tech-advanced space @ILUMINA.sydney

Position Overview:
We’re looking for Chefs & Kitchen Hands who care about quality, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a busy kitchen team.
For Chefs, this means:

• Preparing and presenting quality food with care and consistency.
• Contributing to smooth service across café, event or corporate catering settings.
• Working closely with your kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Keeping food safety, cleanliness and organisation front of mind.

For Kitchen Hands, this means:

• Keeping kitchens, equipment and service areas clean and organised.
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation.
• Managing dishwashing and helping the kitchen run smoothly.
• Bringing a practical approach and a willingness to pitch in.

Skills/Experience required:

• Relevant kitchen experience for Chef roles, or a willingness to learn for Kitchen Hand roles.
• Flexible availability to work across different shifts and venues, particularly with weekend availability for event work.
• A reliable approach and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food allergies and food labelling requirements.
