Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering exceptional à la carte and banquet event menus
• Maintain high culinary standards
• Managing prep, ordering and stock control
• Upholding hygiene, food safety and equipment maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• Holding a qualification in commercial cookery or working towards one
• Demonstrated experience in restaurants, events or hotels
• Creativity, consistency and attention to detail in food presentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
