Cheif Technology Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to manage our company's technical operations, oversee software development, and resolve daily technical issues. The ideal candidate must have strong IT knowledge, practical technical experience, and the ability to manage technical teams and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily technical operations and resolve technical issues on time.
• Oversee software development, system maintenance, and application performance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, databases, networks, and cloud services.
• Coordinate with developers, technical support staff, and other departments.
• Identify technical problems, find practical solutions, and prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
• Review technical requirements, software updates, and new technology solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and coordinate with them to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to management and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, Masters degree will be preferable.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, software development, or technical operations, preferably with experience leading a technical team.
• Strong practical knowledge of software applications, databases, servers, networking, and IT systems.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, and data backup solutions.
• Experience managing developers, IT support teams, and technical vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle technical issues independently and work under pressure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in software companies, SaaS platforms, CRM, billing systems, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of web applications, gateway integration, and third-party system integration.
• Experience managing technical projects and improving existing systems.

Key Expectations

The CTO must be technically strong and willing to get involved in day-to-day technical matters rather than only managing at a strategic level. The candidate should be able to understand technical problems, guide the team toward solutions, and ensure that the company's IT systems and applications run smoothly.
