Chemical analysis service engineer

About the role

Chemical field service engineer providing solutions for chemical analysis methods across different industrial applications. The role involves on-site chemical analysis, calibration, troubleshooting, and customer relationship development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chemical analysis method solutions for applications across different industries
• Conduct chemical analysis and calibration on customer sites
• Execute chemical troubleshooting in cooperation with automation engineers
• Assist technical sales and trading
• Provide reagent solution sales and service
• Develop customer relationships
• Prepare technical reporting in PPT and Excel with analytical data management

About you

• 4-year college degree in chemical engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or related chemical majors
• More than 2 years experience in a related field, or college graduated person
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma
• Fluency in Chinese speaking and writing required; English is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS-Office software
• Strong Excel and PPT skills
• Available for business trips to SEA countries (China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore)
• willing to grow as sales manager
