About the Role

As a Chemical Batch Processor, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing lifecycle by accurately blending raw materials to create high-quality products. You will ensure that every batch meets rigorous safety and quality standards, directly contributing to the consistency and excellence of our production output.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise compounding of raw materials according to established formulas and batch instructions.
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols to ensure product integrity.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, including pumps, filters, scales, and automated computer systems.
• Implement 5S housekeeping standards and proper chemical handling procedures to prevent contamination.
• Proactively identify and report any quality deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management.
• Utilize material-handling equipment safely to move and stage ingredients throughout the production area.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a compounding or chemical mixing role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulatory standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in shop math for accurate measurements and conversions.
• Proven ability to follow complex technical instructions with high attention to detail.
