Chemical Engineer (ACS Analyst)

1. Data Management:

• Document material and substance content of parts and materials based on technical sources.
• Collect, test (as needed), validate, and manage data related to product and environmental compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all records.

2. Supplier and Communications:

• Provide support and assistance to the suppliers in producing the required regulatory and compliance data.

3. Progress Tracking and Reporting:

• Track the progress and performance of compliance activities, prepare technical and other reports as requested.

4. Technical Data Utilization:

• Utilize product engineering, technical documents, or parametric data to meet various client and customer needs. Ensure data is correctly interpreted and applied to support compliance efforts.

5. Risk Assessments:

• Support senior engineers in assessing risks associated with material composition of parts and assemblies. Help document business processes for collecting and managing environment, carbon, and sustainability-related supplier data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.

• Are you willing to pursue this position as Chemical Engineer but the title will be originally as Analyst?
• Do you have experience in parametric data, managing/interpreting technical drawings/datasheets?
• Are you knowledgeable in Product compliance, Full Material Disclosure (FMD) Data, and Material Safety Datasheet (MSDS)?
• Are you knowledgeable in electronics/electrical manufacturing, bills of materials (BoMs), and materials typically used in electrical/electronic manufacturing?
• Do you have experience in SAP-EHSM, CMAP, CDX, IMDS, Alteryx, and PowerBI? (not required)
• Are you knowledgeable in foreign language (e.g. Chinese and/or Japanese) spoken and written technical language (will be an advantage, required on certain projects).
