Chemical Engineer – Anodizing (Technical Service Focus)

About the role

A Chemical Engineer (Anodizing – Technical Service Focus) role focused on providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support, on-site customer service, product testing, and application support for anodizing processes. The position is based in Thailand / Vietnam, requires frequent overseas travel, and includes regular technical training at headquarters in China.

Key responsibilities

• Provide online and on-site technical support for customers (pre-sales & after-sales)
• Support customers in anodizing process optimization, including chemicals and dyes
• Assist with testing, application trials, and product validation
• Prepare samples and analyze test results
• Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support for customer projects
• Travel frequently to overseas customer sites
• Attend regular technical training at China headquarters

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry or related fields
• Experience in metal surface treatment / anodizing is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome; full technical training will be provided
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills
• Willing to travel frequently overseas
• Fluency in Thai, English, and Chinese is highly preferred
