Chemical Engineer – Process Modeling

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with demonstrated expertise in Aspen Plus to lead chemical process modeling for a state-of-the-art, next-generation industrial facility . This role will be responsible for developing sophisticated process models that support the design, optimization, and scale-up of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical process modeling using Aspen Plus
• Develop models for chemical and/or metallurgical processes
• Build custom physical property datasets and electrolyte models
• Model processes involving solids in vapor-solid and liquid-solid reaction environments
• Integrate Aspen Plus models with external tools such as Excel
• Provide modeling insights that directly inform facility design and process development

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Required: Demonstrated hands-on Aspen Plus model development experience
• Strong background in chemical process simulation and modeling
