- Perform quality control checks on the workmanship and agreed to deliverables
- Reconcile invoices against work completed on-site
- Reconcile material consumption against the budgeted quantity
- Report regularly on project status
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications
- Design support to the on-site team by reading and interpreting IFC drawings
- Manage project implementation complying with all Safety Regulations
- Manage project team members, vendors, and construction contractors on site
