Job Summary

SCADA Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking qualified and motivated Chemical Engineers to oversee and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, improve plant efficiency, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and consistent production.
• Supervise plant operations, including process parameters, temperature, pressure, flow rates, and chemical dosing.
• Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Optimize chemical consumption, production yield, energy usage, and overall process efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, quality control, maintenance, and ETP teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Monitor raw material usage, work-in-process, and finished product quality.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), process specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain production records, process logs, and operational reports.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and plant improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and chemical handling requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: BE/BSc in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of chemical processes and industrial plant operations.
• Understanding of process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and process control systems.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and chemical handling.
• Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant reporting tools.
