Experience in lubricants manufacturing, including engine oils, industrial oils, greases, and related products. Strong knowledge of lubricant formulations, blending processes, quality control, and production. Ability to develop and improve lubricant formulations. Good understanding of industry standards and manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
