Chemical Mixer

Responsible for accurately mixing and preparing chemicals and raw materials according to approved formulas, production requirements, and safety procedures. The role involves operating mixing equipment, monitoring the mixing process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare raw materials and chemicals according to approved formulations.
• Operate and monitor chemical mixing machines and related equipment.
• Follow production formulas, batch sheets, and work instructions accurately.
• Add chemicals and raw materials in the correct quantities and sequence.
• Monitor mixing time, temperature, viscosity, and other required parameters.
• Take samples and coordinate with the Quality Control team when required.
• Identify and report any abnormalities, spills, equipment issues, or batch deviations.
• Maintain proper records of batches, materials used, and production activities.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of chemicals and finished batches.
• Follow all company HSE and chemical handling procedures.
• Use required PPE such as gloves, safety goggles, masks, safety shoes, and protective clothing.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the mixing area.
• Assist with cleaning and basic maintenance of mixing tanks and equipment.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow proper storage and disposal procedures.
• Support the production team in meeting daily production targets.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chemical Mixer / Chemical Mixing Operator / Production Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in handling and mixing chemicals is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and production instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Candidates with UAE manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
