Job Summary

Million Phase Industry Pvt. Ltd., a fertilizer chemicals manufacturing company, is looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Chemical Plant Operator to operate and monitor plant equipment, maintain process parameters, and ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment as per SOPs.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other process parameters.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
• Monitor pumps, valves, pipelines, reactors, and transfer systems as applicable.
• Perform routine plant inspections and identify operational abnormalities.
• Assist with plant start-up, shutdown, and process changeovers.
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and operating records.
• Coordinate with Shift In-charge, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
• Follow chemical handling procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency protocols.
• Report equipment failures, leakages, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with plant safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• AOCP certification or relevant process-operation training will be an advantage.
• Freshers with suitable qualifications may apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of chemical process operations.
• Understanding of pumps, valves, pipelines, and industrial equipment.
• Process parameter monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, PPE, and SOPs.
• Teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience in chemical, fertilizer, or process manufacturing plants will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per plant requirements.
