Chemical Plant Operator/Batch Mixer

C&H Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Batch Mixers / Chemical Plant Operators to join a leading manufacturing company located in the Mt Druitt / Penrith area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch preparation, mixing and blending of products in accordance with recipes and specifications
• Measuring, weighing and transferring raw materials
• Operating and monitoring production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Filling, packaging and palletising finished products
• Completing production records, batch documentation and quality checks
• Safe forklift operation to move raw materials and finished goods
• General housekeeping, cleaning and preventative maintenance

About You

• Previous batch mixing, manufacturing, production, or chemical processing experience (desirable)
• Current LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, procedures, and work instructions
• Good mathematical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks (up to 25kg)
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
• Availability to work overtime when required
