Chemical Process Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Interpretation of foreign special process standards.
2. Evaluate manufacturing processes based on engineering and quality criteria per customer specification, product bill of material or industry standards
3. Study production and process requirements
4. Develop manufacturing planning including material workflows, resources and technical documents.
5. Develop material and process testing plan per customer and industry requirement.
6. Provide make-buy solutions or procurement engineering support.
7. Support and maintaining organization process qualification
8. Optimize costs and maximize quality of planning output to meet product safety
9. Participate in the material review board (MRB) in validating non-conformance, resolve issues and delays in production with multifunctional team.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in technical disciplines such as engineering, or chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or material science.
2. At least 2 years of experience in chemical engineering or related mechanical work, proficient use of AutoCAD, Pro/E (or other relevant mechanical software), and mechanical processing, sheet metal and assembly operations experience is preferred
3. Knowledge of chemical processing and mechanical engineering, working knowledge of 3D modeling and 2D drawing, ability to use AutoCAD, Pro-E (or other CAD/CAM software).
4. Able to communicate & present the solutions to technical personnel and management
