Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to provide technical assurance and engineering oversight for process engineering deliverables across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process design reviews, engineering calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic analysis, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve process engineering deliverables in accordance with project objectives, Basis of Design (BoD), company standards, and applicable industry codes.

• Perform independent technical assurance and discipline reviews of:

• P&IDs

• Process Datasheets

• Engineering Calculations

• Equipment Specifications

• Design Packages

• Validate engineering assumptions, process calculations, hydraulic studies, and equipment sizing methodologies.

• Ensure process design integrity, operability, safety, and compliance throughout project execution.

• Verify engineering deliverables meet quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve complex process engineering challenges.

• Support multidisciplinary design reviews and coordinate with various engineering disciplines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Energy, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, design standards, and industry codes.
• Experience reviewing and approving engineering deliverables and technical documentation.
• Expertise in process calculations, hydraulic studies, and equipment sizing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Technical Assurance and Design Verification activities.
• FEED, Detailed Engineering, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
• Exposure to international engineering standards and project execution methodologies.
