Chemist

• Monitor and control batch manufacturing processes as per SOPs and process parameters.
• Handle reaction monitoring, charging of raw materials, and process adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of batch records, logbooks, and production reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process sampling and product quality checks.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, yield issues, and equipment problems.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, and utilities.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices and ensure safe handling of chemicals.
• Assist in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support plant audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards as per 5S and safety norms. Role & responsibilities
