Job description :
- Perform proximate analysis of food samples (Fat, Protein, Carbohydrate, Energy, Sugar).
- Test Oils & Fats, Spices & Condiments, and Dairy products as per FSSAI standards.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025. Participate in PT/ILC programs.
- Follow laboratory quality, safety, and SOP requirements.
