About the role

This role involves developing, formulating, and optimizing skincare and cosmetic products according to product requirements. You will conduct formulation trials, sample preparation, and product improvement, while evaluating stability, texture, fragrance, and overall performance of formulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, formulate, and optimize skincare and cosmetic products according to product requirements
• Conduct formulation trials, sample preparation, and product improvement
• Evaluate the stability, texture, fragrance, and overall performance of formulations
• Prepare and verify manufacturing formulas, batch sheets, and production procedures
• Monitor production batches to ensure formulations are manufactured according to approved specifications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during production
• Conduct or coordinate physical and chemical testing of raw materials, bulk products, and finished products
• Prepare and maintain formulation, product specifications, testing records, and technical documentation
• Research new cosmetic ingredients, technologies, and formulation trends
• Ensure laboratory and formulation activities comply with GMP, hygiene, safety, and company procedures

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing is highly preferred
• Experience in GMP implementation, internal GMP audits, and/or preparation for GMP inspections is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of Cosmetic GMP, quality management systems, documentation, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in formulation, raw material evaluation, product testing, and production troubleshooting will be an advantage
