What they need
- Plant Operations: Handle daily operations, monitoring, and control of the LABSA manufacturing plant and related chemical processes.
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct routine testing and quality analysis of raw materials and finished products (LABSA and detergent chemicals) to ensure they meet company standards.
- Process Monitoring: Maintain logs of production parameters, temperatures, pressures, and chemical feed rates; troubleshoot minor process issues promptly.
- ducation: BSc in Chemistry or related science stream.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing unit, detergent industry, or specifically a LABSA Plant.
- Skills: Good understanding of chemical reactions, process safety, basic troubleshooting, and quality checking.
- Salary: Best in industry (negotiable based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
