Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's in Chemistry, Rubber, Polymers, or Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 year of experience in rubber or latex company or related to R&D jobs. Specializing in Medical device product
• Good command in English in Communication and writing report

Tasks & responsibilities

• Researching and developing new products, especially the products that related to Synthetic Condom and Lubricant Products
• Optimizing and improving qualities of current products
• Planing, performing tests and evaluating test results of formulation, new raw materials, and new products.
• Support Production Department to validate new product manufacturing processes.
