Chemist (NPD)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct PU Binder testing and analysis to support product research and development activities in the laboratory.
• Support product research and development by conducting laboratory experiments, evaluations, and testing in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Support R&D process design and development through laboratory trials, process evaluations, and technical analysis.
• Optimize R&D processes to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, safety, product quality, and competitiveness.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance R&D processes and support sustainable product and process development.

Requirements :

• MinBachelor Degree in Chemistry.
• At least 2 years of working experience in ink gravure and PU binder.
• Have knowledge of test application.
• Good in writing & listening in English Language.
• Has a positive and can-do attitude.
• Excellent in computer literacy, and Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint).
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak – Banten.
• Full-Time positions(s) available.
