Chemist (R&D) - Formulation Crop Protection

🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech. Chemical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Formulation Chemist – Crop Protection with strong hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation development and commercial-scale production.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & optimize EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG and related formulations

• Conduct lab trials, formulation testing & stability studies

• Handle Lab-to-Plant scale-up

• Troubleshoot formulation, quality & production issues

• Work closely with R&D, Production & QA/QC teams

• Maintain formulation records, SOPs & technical documentation

• Provide technical guidance to production operators

• Support development of new and existing crop-protection products

✅ Candidate Profile:

• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation

• Strong knowledge of formulation development and scale-up

• Practical experience with EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG or similar formulations

• Knowledge of emulsification, dispersion, stability & compatibility

• Strong troubleshooting and chemical-handling knowledge

• Commercial-scale production experience preferred
