Additional Requirements

• BSc in chemistry with Minimum 3.50 CGPA will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• To conduct research and experiments to develop and improve chemical formulations and processes.
• To assist in the analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• To collaborate with the R&D team to identify innovative solutions for product development and optimization.
• To prepare technical reports, documentation and presentations based on experimental findings.
• To ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards during research activities.
• To stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related technologies to contribute to the innovation pipeline.
• To conduct process validation and optimization to ensure consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• To evaluate and approve new raw materials and packaging materials through laboratory testing, trials and performance assessments.
• To develop, revise and maintain quality plans for new and existing products in accordance with customer expectations and market requirements.
• To coordinate production trials and monitor pilot batches to achieve successful commercialization of new products.
