Chercharge is a premium EV concierge service that saves customers time by picking up their electric vehicle, charging it, and returning it to them. We provide a luxury, professional, and secure experience designed for busy professionals, apartment residents, and businesses.

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Concierge Specialist, you will:

• Safely pick up customers' electric vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to an approved charging station.
• Monitor the charging session.
• Return the vehicle to the designated pickup location.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections before and after each service.
• Take required photos of the vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with customers through the Chercharge app.
• Report any incidents immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing Chercharge.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Own a reliable smartphone.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to drive electric vehicles confidently.

Preferred:

• Customer service experience.
• Valet, chauffeur, delivery, hospitality, or transportation experience.
• Experience driving Tesla or other electric vehicles.

Compensation

• $15 per completed charging service
• Keep 100% of customer tips (if applicable)
• Performance bonuses may be available.
