About the Role

Talent Craft India is looking for a passionate and experienced Chess Trainer to join our team full-time. The trainer will conduct live, interactive chess classes for children and help them develop strong chess skills, strategic thinking, concentration, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online chess classes for students.
• Teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
• Create engaging lessons, activities, puzzles, and practice sessions.
• Analyze student games and provide constructive feedback.
• Track student performance and progress.
• Maintain regular class schedules and attendance.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress.
• Ensure a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of chess and chess strategies.
• 1+ year of experience as a chess trainer/coach.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Experience teaching children is preferred.
• Patient, responsible, and engaging personality.
• FIDE rating, chess certification, or tournament experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting online classes using a laptop/computer.
