Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate food service customer order management and retail sales transactions.
• Manage cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and handling cash with integrity.
• Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and providing a friendly dining experience.
• Maintain a clean workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Ensure food safety management practices are followed consistently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, cashiering, or food handling roles within the food industry or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation is desirable.

Pay: $23.09 - $27.80 per hour
