Reporting To: GM Nigeria & Finance Head Dukan

Role Purpose:

To drive and deliver strategic HR initiatives with a focus on talent acquisition, talent development & management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, aligned with the companys goals. The role is pivotal in fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement while ensuring timely execution of key HR projects across the group. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent lifecycle from recruitment through to performance management and employee retention strategies. Plays a key role in driving strategic projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verification of purchase orders and quotation forms.
• Preparation for cash payment, US dollar and local payments.
• Reconciliation of accounts with headquarters and suppliers.
• Preparation of MIS Report, Budget, and Forecast, monitoring actual performance vs budget.
• Financial Statement Preparation (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement), Booking of accounting entries.
• Daily Bank Balance Report and Weekly Bank Reconciliation.
• Weekly Income and Expenditure Report.
• Coordination with the logistics department regarding shipment matters.
• Maintenance and verification of inventory records.
• Approval of expense reimbursement.
• Verify final payment and supplier invoices against the purchase order.
• Verify shipping plan and final invoice against gross margin and purchase price.
• Global financial statement consolidation.
• Oversee periodic warehouse stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with Zambian and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee Financial Audit.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and key internal stakeholders.
• Handle Admin and HR related work.
• Any other responsibility that the Management may allocate from time to time.

Qualifications:

• C.A. Inter or Final appeared & drop-out or Bachelor's degree or above, in accounting or finance related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 10 years experience with more than 5 years of experience in enterprise finance, proficient in accounting, book closure, reconciliations, taxation, MIS, budgeting, analysis, and other related areas; familiar with financial management or management accounting theories, methods, and tools.

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to handle finance/accounts single handedly and manage complex operational structure.
• Familiar with the GAAP and Accounting Standards.
• Proficient in using Excel and with ERP and financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
• Good written skills, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a quick learner.
• Multitasker - Capable of adapting to business trips, high-intensity work.
• Possessing TEM-4 or higher in English, with priority given to those with overseas study or work experience.
• Experience in international finance and multi-currency operations.
