What they need
About the role
Manage and control all accounting and financial systems of the hotel in accordance with legal requirements and standards, reporting results to the General Manager (GM) and hotel owner.
Key responsibilities
- Review daily sales from the front desk system (PMS) and restaurant (POS) and reconcile with accounting system
- Control costs and manage accounts payable (AP): verify purchases, control food and beverage (F&B) costs, and conduct monthly stock counts
- Manage accounts receivable (AR): verify and follow up on outstanding payments from tour companies and agencies (OTA)
- Close monthly and annual accounts, prepare profit and loss statements (P&L), and file taxes (Form ภ.พ.30, withholding tax) correctly and on schedule
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and registered as a certified public accountant (CPD)
- 3–5 years of hotel accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in hotel system software (such as Comanche, Opera) and Advanced Excel
- Understanding of hotel accounting structure (USALI) and willingness to work hands-on with the team
