Chief Accountant

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Baguio City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Establishes, maintains and coordinates the implementation of accounting policies and internal control procedures to prevent immoderate, unnecessary and excessive operating costs.
• Prepares and reviews budgets annually, revenue monthly, expenditures monthly, payroll bi-monthly and other accounting documents as the need arises.
• Conducts internal audit and reviews accounting control policies.
• Analyzes and interprets financial information to help management in its critical decision-making.
• Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods.
• Enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
