Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and company policies.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to maintain precise records and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Develop budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against forecasts, and provide insightful reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all financial activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong background in managing comprehensive accounting functions.
• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting efforts effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA are a plus.
