Chief Accountant

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the same industry
• Proven leadership experience in financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably Acumatica
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• CPA license is a strong advantage

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Acumatica Accounting System
• Lead accounting and treasury operations, including disbursements, collections, and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Review and enhance financial systems and processes; recommend system upgrades
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Develop and recommend policies to improve accounting efficiency and compliance
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance to optimize return on assets
• Lead and develop accounting staff; ensure ongoing professional development
• Prepare, review, and manage lease contracts
• Conduct periodic internal audits to confirm financial accuracy and compliance
