Chief Audit Methodology Expert（审计专业方法专家）

The Group Audit Department, a key risk management and governance unit, is committed to ensuring compliant global business operations, preventing fraud risks, and optimizing management processes through professional audit capabilities. We are now recruiting top audit talents worldwide to jointly build an international and professional audit governance system.

1 Research audit methodologies and industry practices of world-leading enterprises, and build a standardized audit operation system suitable for Huawei's global business, including audit processes, risk assessment models, and operation guidelines.

2 Design exclusive audit verification tools and standardized operation manuals for core business lines such as finance, procurement, supply chain, and R&D to improve audit professionalism and execution efficiency.

3 Track updates of international auditing standards, collaborate with external professional institutions (e.g., Big Four accounting firms), and promote the iteration and internal implementation of audit methods.

4 Conduct methodology training for the global audit team, develop typical case libraries and training materials, and empower the team to enhance professional capabilities.

Job Requirements

1，Bachelor's degree or above in audit, accounting, financial management, law, or related majors; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIA are preferred.

2，More than 8 years of audit-related work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in audit system construction and methodology design in multinational enterprises or Big Four accounting firms.

3，Proficient in international auditing standards and global compliance requirements, with the ability to independently design audit processes and tools; experience in cross-business line audit is preferred.

4，good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork ability, able to adapt to global business trips.
